Free Bus Pass - Am I Entitled to Have One?
If you live in Wales and you are
i) Severely Deaf
ii) Profoundly Deaf
iii) Other Criteria to be Found at your local authority websites on the following links

Once you are connected click into the 'Search-Box' and type 'Free Bus Pass" or "Concessionary-Travel" (words similar may also help). Each site has a different description to find the area you need to get into.
Once in you can see the criteria that will enable you to apply. The site will offer you to download the application. If you have no access to a printer then you can give them your name and address and they will send you hard copies. Often you can apply online by giving personal information such as a driving licence number, passport number, or National Insurance Number. From this they will be able to verify who you are.
